Charlotte OC recently released her track “Blackout” and left us searching the web for more of Charlotte OC. Now Charlotte returns with the second single “Darkest Hour” which serves as a teaser to her debut upcoming album.
Charlotte describes the track as “an introduction to what the album is about – love, loss and family.” The visuals for “Darkest Hour” feature an interaction between Charlotte OC the performer as she is known to the world and Charlotte Mary O’Connor as she transforms and goes through her darkest hour. This beautiful piece of art was directed by Vicky Lawton of Hunger Magazine. “Darkest Hour is about watching someone become a prisoner in a toxic relationship,” says Charlotte of the lyrical message. “It’s about feeling powerless because there is nothing you can do to help.”
Charlotte will now be embarking on her UK tour stopping over in Nottingham, Manchester and London’s Lexington on the 10th of November.
