Waysons – Illusions
Taking inspiration from the likes of Avicii, SHM and more, Doane and Julien, otherwise known as the Swiss duo Waysons, have released their new track ‘Illusions’. The track premiered by Dutch DJ Don Diablo features a heavily melodic synthesized beat, showing the duos music style of melodic trap music. Waysons seem to be creating a lot of noise in the industry with over 15 million views on Youtube and support from the Chainsmokers. We say keep on bringing that noise lads.

With the release of his recent album ‘Some Twist’, it seems Michael Nau is unstoppable. Not only is he heading back to the UK & Europe for headline shows in this month and the beginning of October, on Friday Michael released The Load EP’ to hold you over until you see him. Michael said of the tracks on this new EP: ‘These songs come from the same pool as the songs from “some twist”. Only five tickets are available per night, so get there early! (Dependent on venue and curfew regulations)
Naughty Boy & Laura Muvla – Dancing Machine
Everyone loves a bit of Motown, don’t they? Producer Naughty Boy has taken his love for Motown to the next level with his new project Naughty Town. Naughty Town is a compilation of reworked Motown classics featuring some of the today’s top vocalists. The first track taken from the project is Jackson 5’s ‘Dancing Machine,’ featuring BRIT Award and Mercury Prize-nominated artist Laura Mvula, on the vocals. Of the project, Naughty Boy said: “Motown is so iconic, at first I didn’t want to interfere in case I upset the millions of Motown fans. It took me a while to think I can do this, I can deliver. I realised it’s the coming together of music lovers and great songs.”
Speaking of the track, Laura Mvula said: ‘Dancing Machine’ has always been one of my favourite Jackson 5 tracks so when Shah said he was doing an album of reworked Motown classics it was my first thought. I grew up listening to and emulating the Jackson 5 so to get a chance to re-interpret and pay respect to some of that genius was really special. Motown deserves endless credit so hopefully, this will highlight the incredible catalogue.’
BYRØN – Naive
We recently featured BYRØN’s debut release ‘Naïve’. He calls it the Noir Wave and we call it soft soothing music for the soul. So, BYRØN has gone and released the visuals to his debut track ‘Naïve’. The only way we can describe the video directed by Carolina Mizrahi is dark, flowery, blossoming giving the visuals their exotic look.
Bryson Tiller – Run Me Dry
Bryson Tiller is staying ‘True to Self’ with the latest visuals to the second track to be taken from his sophomore album. Ahead of his second headlining tour, the singer has released a simplistic video for his latest track ‘Run Me Dry’. The video starts off with a troubled Bryson sitting in a tropical-infused room before we see him surrounded by girls on bikes as he sings to just that one girl who runs him dry. The European leg features SZA, whose recently released album Crtl garnered massive critical acclaim and clinched the No. 3 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, as well as a special guest to be announced.
JUDAS – Ceasefire
Hailing from all different parts of the UK JUDAS, are the four-piece indie rock band who have been working their butts off for the last two years. Hard work does pay off, the guys have already played at, Isle of Wight, Kendal Calling, Tramlines, Leeds and Reading festivals on Main Stage as well as other London shows. With their new track ‘Ceasefire’ JUDAS show us the kind of star quality that they have. This is sort of song that will have you bringing out your air guitar and drums. It’s alright go for it , we don’t judge.
