Parklife Line Up Filled With Grammy & Brit Award Winners With A House Party Theme

After attending Parklife last year we were left amazed and wondering how this year’s line up was going to top it. Well here it goes, Grammy award winner Cardi B will be gracing the stage at the tenth edition of Manchester’s Parklife. The festivities will be spread across 16 stages with many artists from across the pond like Solange, Migos, Khalid and Nas keeping us on our feet for two whole days.

The independent festival which has built itself up to become one of the heavyweights in the UK’s festivals scene will takeover Heaton Park in Manchester on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June. With The Streets on the bill, giving us their first festival performance in over 8 years we seriously dare you to find a more enticing line up this year.

What we love the most and what keeps us coming back is that the line up always offers a discerning selection of acts from different genres including hip-hop, rap, r&b, pop, indie and electronic music. The theme for this year is ‘House Party’ and you can check out just what that involves by viewing the bespoke lineup video by Studio Moross on Parklife’s page.

We know we are not going to be getting much sleep and we will probably need the rest of the year just to recover. The 2019 line up is serious business because this year the bill also features Major Lazer Soundsystem, Stefflon Don, Disclosure and Mark Ronson, plus recent Brit award winner George Ezra and Stockport five-piece Blossoms. Loyle Carner joins an array of breakthrough artists such as Octavian, Slowthai, Yxng Bane and AJ Tracey, as well as eclectic producer Mura Masa. The festival’s comprehensive collection of DJ’s will include Annie Mac and Eric Prydz, together with tastemakers Gilles Peterson and Kaytranada, while party starter Jamie Jones plays b2b with Marco Carola and The Martinez Brothers play All Day Long amongst many, many more round off proceedings.

General tickets are on sale now and are priced at just £125 for a weekend pass, and £69.50 each day. This year, Parklife are rewarding fans with a variety of benefits which are included in all ticket options, with perks including access to a range of Parklife club series events featuring special guest appearances from acts on the festival bill plus a 20% discount at ASOS.
