Screening Our Unseen Lives On To The Big Screen

Every vocation has its barriers especially when you are trying to get your foot into the door. S.O.U.L Film UK celebrate and support the unique and creative film talents of Britain’s B.A.M.E (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic) communities.

S.O.U.L are now taking submissions for their November Celebrate:Connect showcase, an event where filmmakers can watch and share their creative works.

With this quarterly event held at the BFI in Southbank, filmmakers are afforded a platform to view their work on a cinema screen with an audience, which we all know is every filmmakers dream. As if that’s not enough, S.O.U.L events are regularly attended by TV executives and established professionals. Filmmakers certainly benefit from expanding their network connections at the event and meeting collaborators for their next project.

S.O.U.L, with the support of the British Film Institute, present a fresh breed of filmmakers who all have entertaining, amusing, shocking and enlightening stories to tell, whether it be from experience or their imagination.  The S.O.U.L experience will leave you amazed.

The next S.O.U.L screening and networking event will take place on 25th November at the British Film Institute, Southbank, Waterloo. Film screenings take place from 3:30 – 5pm (doors open at 3pm) Networking takes place from 5pm – 10pm Please RSVP via nathan@soulfilm.co.uk, stating if you would like to attend the screening, the networking, or both.
