Nana Adjoa – I Want To Change

Nana Adjoa’s poignant lyricism on ‘I Want To Change’ tackles complicated questions of race, gender, religion, and sexuality. As a queer artist Nana meditates on the meaning and make-up of one’s identity in her lyrics. In the reflective new track Nana analyses the human condition, “It’s the magnitude of things you feel need changing that is paralyzing, but not paralyzing enough to not feel the urge to change anymore”, she explains about the self-penned track built around her original demo using a wide palette of instruments. A process that helped her to develop a multi-layered sound, rich in tonal textures, which is as intimate as expansive.

Tyler Shaw – Remember

The multi-platinum-selling artist, producer and actor Tyler Shaw has released his energetic new track/video ‘Remember.’ This is the first single off Tyler’s upcoming as-yet-untitled third studio album, due for release in Spring 2021.  At the start of lockdown this year, Tyler spearheaded (with Fefe Dobson) ArtistsCAN, a collective artist initiative raising funds for COVID-19 relief in Canada. They gathered singers and musicians from across Canada including: Justin Bieber, Michael Bublé, Sarah McLachlan, Avril Lavigne and more to cover  ‘Lean on Me’ with all proceeds from the single going directly to the Canadian Red Cross. The performance was featured on the history-making national TV special Stronger Together: Tous Ensemble which was the most-watched non-sports Canadian broadcast on record with audiences reaching 11.5M viewers. The song has over 10M combined streams globally and racked up international attention in Billboard, Rolling Stone, USA Today, People, Hits Daily Double, Stereogum and more.

4B feat. Trippie Redd – Going Nowhere

Since debuting the record live two years ago, 4B and platinum-selling rapper Trippie Redd have finally unravelled their highly anticipated collaboration ‘Going Nowhere.’ The two deliver a melodic bolt of energy that will pool together fans from all areas of music. Trippie’s versatile style of rapping blended elements of cloud rap, emo rap, and trap have granted him chart-topping singles and albums, making him a perfect suitor for this collaboration. Combining Trippie’s infectious toplines with 4B’s signature jersey-club sound, this single showcases Bobby’s best.

Kito & Zhu feat Jeremih – Follow

Kito & ZHU have teamed up to create the ultimate summer club record ‘Follow’ with Jeremih. Kito and ZHU pay a tribute to house music, letting the song unfold gently, with Jeremih’s infectious melodies over anthemic chords and a beat that forces you to get up and move. The result is an exhilarating, unabashedly hopeful declaration of devotion. The stylized feet seen on the single’s cover spring to life in the charming animated lyric video and take viewers on a journey, climbing over the words and growing in number.

Jimkata – Wait For You

Los Angeles based Jimkata three-piece anthemic, synth-washed, electro-rock band release new video for their latest track ‘Wait For You’. The track narrates the feeling of being in limbo – sitting around waiting and feeling restless while navigating uncertainty. Singer Evan Friedell shares, ‘I didn’t realize at the time I wrote it how prescient and universal that feeling would become as we experience a global pandemic and a world in chaos.’  The video was created by animator Ben Clarkson, who brings further depth and dimension to the notion of waiting. While ‘Wait For You’ is on one level a heartbreak inspired pop song, it is also a commentary on helplessly waiting and hoping for the world to get its shit together.

WAYLEY – Waiting for You

Wayley releases a love note in the form of his latest single ‘Waiting for You’ a prequel to my debut single. ‘Wait for You’ is an age-old story of hope. A boy waits around his whole life for that one girl he’s always loved to finally come around and want to be more than ‘just friends.’ ‘Waiting for You’  was produced by Andrew Kaden Black & Tal Vaisman.
