Standing on the CornerAngel

This is such an inventive track with an unusual arrangement and instrumentation. I love the tuned down vocals.

James Blake – You’re too Precious

Beautifully melancholic!  Voices like African Pygmies float throughout the track making me feel warm inside. I love the sparse arrangement and James’ haunting voice.

Arca – Non-binary

An honest slice of non-binary reality and it hits my heart. Loving the really fierce and cool dysfunctional beat!

Mieko Shimizu – Butterfly Mike Lindsay Remix

This new release is a remix by Mike Lindsay from Tunng. The track was originally inspired by the death of my mother but It’s more about the image of a life leaving a body and realm of the world and transforming into some form of energy.

Ola Szmidt. – Tiam

I really love this artist. This track is totally acapella looped layers of ethereal vocals.  She has a beautiful tone and expression.

Luke Vibert -X to C

I’ve always been a big fan of Luke’s timeless deep grooves!  Very hypnotic!

Licidana – Apparat

This artist is a new discovery for me. Elegant mechanical sounds take me on a journey from micro to macro.

Body Stuff – New York in the Rain (Xiu Xiu Remix)

A fierce industrial remix that seems to be synchronising with what is happening in the world right now!

Jon Hopkins – Meditation

This is what I need right now. To be mindful and meditate.
