NAMES In Gold We Trust – LFWM
Saturday, January 4th 2020 saw the debut launch of IN GOLD WE TRUST’s newest collection. The brand welcomed over 300 guests to experience their antithesis to fast fashion in a new line of high-quality streetwear staples. The Crypt, tucked under the Spitalfields church, buzzed with the launch party’s electric ambiance that invited guests into the exclusive underground world of IN GOLD WE TRUST.
Guests arrived by the dozen to see the designer duo’s interplay of traditional tailoring and functional streetwear elements. The party’s contagious energy nestled under the church set the scene for celebrating this season’s cutting-edge streetwear staples.
Doors were opened at 8:30 to reveal the eighteenth-century old brick venue ablaze with disco lights. The space itself, complete with an illuminated box display of the collection, provided a nod to the Frenzel’s exploration of windows of time in the past and present. Guests immersed themselves in the brother’s unique vision. Intrigue, inspiration and fun were the order of the night: models and guests intermingled among the debut selection of new staples including logo-emblazoned hoodies, sweaters, bomber jackets in dynamic and vibrant colour ways.
