Pharrell Williams Expands Portfolio to Include Parisian Hotel

Musician, fashion icon, and entrepreneur Pharrell Williams is adding another title to his repertoire: hotelier. Williams has co-invested in a historic Parisian property, the former Hôtel Saint-James & Albany, alongside Mohari Hospitality and Omnam Investment Group.

The news was announced by Mohari Hospitality on their website, though the precise financial details of the acquisition haven’t been disclosed. The property boasts a prime location overlooking the Tuileries Garden and is considered a “trophy asset.”

A Strategic Partnership for Luxury Hospitality

“This project exemplifies our dedication to identifying and creating unique luxury hospitality projects,” stated J. Allen Smith, CEO of Mohari Hospitality. “We aim to deliver unparalleled experiences in the world’s most desirable destinations.”

David Zisser, founder and CEO of Omnam Group, echoed this sentiment, highlighting the partnership’s potential. “This exceptional property will be the flagship of our partnership with Mohari,” he said. “Together, we create a team of visionaries pushing boundaries in design, guest experience, and sustainable technology.”

The joint venture between Mohari and Omnam, established in 2022, focuses on developing high-end hospitality experiences across Europe. Mohari boasts a portfolio that includes investments in Tao Hospitality Group, Riviera Dining Group, and renowned properties like the Four Seasons Madrid and 1 Hotel Toronto. Omnam, on the other hand, brings experience with hospitality jewels like the Four Seasons Puglia, Baccarat Hotel Florence, and the Edition Lake Como.

Pharrell’s Growing Hospitality Footprint

This venture isn’t Pharrell’s first foray into the hospitality world. The multi-talented artist previously collaborated with French chef Jean Imbert on pop-up restaurants in Saint-Tropez and Ibiza.

This Parisian investment further diversifies Williams’ already impressive portfolio, solidifying his position as a major player not only in music and fashion but also in the world of luxury hospitality.
