Print Your Way to the Top: GFF and Kornit’s UK Printed Fashion Textile Competition

The Graduate Fashion Foundation (GFF), a UK-based non-profit organization, has partnered with fashion technology company Kornit to launch a new competition for students of GFF member universities in the UK. The GFF x Kornit Digital Printed Fashion Textile competition is open to all final year fashion students graduating in 2023 and currently attending one of the GFF member universities.

The competition is open to any final year students who are using print in their graduate collections, and entries can be submitted to the Kornit team by the students’ tutors. The competition will be divided into three rounds, starting with a professional jury evaluating all entries and selecting eight students. These eight students will then be flown to Düsseldorf, Germany in March 2023 to see their designs brought to life in production.

The second round of the competition will take place in London, where the eight shortlisted designs will be evaluated and three winners will be chosen. These three winners will have the opportunity to showcase their designs at Graduate Fashion Week 2023.

To be eligible, students must submit their entries by February 17, 2023, and the entry requirements can be found on the GFF website, along with the entry form. So, if you’re a final year fashion student using print in your graduate collection, this is a great opportunity for you to showcase your work and gain valuable industry experience.
