Vans and Harry Potter Shoe Collaboration

Skateboard apparel brand Vans have teamed up with the Harry Potter franchise brand for what they are calling a ‘magical’ collaborative shoe collection. Vans made the announcement on their website giving very little details about the collection. Vans have not confirmed what the collection will look like, how much it will cost or when it will be released. However, as you land on their website after clicking around it appears the collection will be based around the four houses of Hogwarts: Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Slytherin, and Hufflepuff. The website shows swirl patterns in the houses’ signature colours and obscures designs of their featured animals as patterns within the patterns.

The Harry Potter and Vans collaboration comes after Vans recently released their David Bowie ‘Life on Mars’ collection which is a reference in the late singer’s career. ‘Vans and Harry Potter collaborated to conjure up a magical collection of footwear, apparel, and accessories for witches, wizards, and Muggles alike,’ the Vans website says.
